
It’s grilling season baby! A slightly higher ratio of pork to beef keeps these patties incredibly juicy, and they pair perfectly with my Perfect Bun Recipe.
Ingredients:

- 1.5 Pounds Ground Pork
- 1 Pound Ground Beef
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Cup Oats
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Pepper
- 1/4 tsp. Paprika
- 1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1 Tbsp. Ketchup
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
Method:

Combine all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Mix well with your hands until all the ingredients are combined. Continue to mix until the meat starts to stick together.

Portion the patties to your desired size, I portion mine to 4 ounces. This will yield 12 patties.

Cover and freeze the patties.
Preheat the grill. Grill the patties on medium/high heat with the grill closed. Cook until the patties reach an internal temperature of 160 degrees, approximately 15 minutes, flipping halfway through.


The Most Juicy, Flavourful Burger Patties
Ingredients
- 1½ Pounds Ground Pork
- 1 Pound Ground Beef
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Cup Rolled Oats
- 1 tsp. Salt
- ½ tsp. Pepper
- ¼ tsp. Paprika
- ¼ tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1 Tbsp. Ketchup
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Mix with your hands until the meat starts to stick together.
- Portion the meat to 4 ounces. Shape into burger patties with your hands or a burger press.
- Cover the burgers and freeze.
- When ready to cook, preheat the grill. Grill over medium/high heat until internal temperature of 160° is reached, approximately 15 minutes flipping halfway through.
