It's grilling season baby! A slightly higher ratio of pork to beef keeps these quarter pound patties incredibly juicy, and they pair perfectly with my Perfect Bun recipe.
Mix all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Mix with your hands until the meat starts to stick together.
Portion the meat to 4 ounces. Shape into burger patties with your hands or a burger press.
Cover the burgers and freeze.
When ready to cook, preheat the grill. Grill over medium/high heat until internal temperature of 160° is reached, approximately 15 minutes flipping halfway through.
