The Most Juicy, Flavourful Burger Patties

It's grilling season baby! A slightly higher ratio of pork to beef keeps these quarter pound patties incredibly juicy, and they pair perfectly with my Perfect Bun recipe.

Ingredients
  

  • Pounds Ground Pork
  • 1 Pound Ground Beef
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Cup Rolled Oats
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • ½ tsp. Pepper
  • ¼ tsp. Paprika
  • ¼ tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tbsp. Ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce

Instructions
 

  • Mix all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Mix with your hands until the meat starts to stick together.
  • Portion the meat to 4 ounces. Shape into burger patties with your hands or a burger press.
  • Cover the burgers and freeze.
  • When ready to cook, preheat the grill. Grill over medium/high heat until internal temperature of 160° is reached, approximately 15 minutes flipping halfway through.
