Banana Chocolate Chip Cranberry Oat Muffins

Banana chocolate chip muffins, the OG. But elevated with the addition of oats and dried cranberries, and oh so easy to make- just mix it all in one bowl!

2 Cups Mashed Banana 1 Egg ⅓ Cup Oil neutral oil such as avocado oil ½ tsp. Vanilla ⅔ Cup White Sugar 1¼ Cups White Flour 1¼ Cups Rolled Oats 1½ tsp. Baking Powder 1 tsp. Baking Soda ½ tsp. Salt ½ Cup Dried Cranberries ½ Cup Chocolate Chips
Preheat the oven to 350°.
Mash the bananas in a large mixing bowl. Add the egg, oil, and vanilla, mix well. Add the white sugar and mix until thoroughly combined.
Add the dry ingredients, the flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Mix until just combined.
Add the dried cranberries and chocolate chips, mix until combined being careful not to overmix.
Line a 12 cup muffin tin with muffin liners. Divide the batter between the liners.
Bake the muffins at 350° until golden brown and cooked through, 25-30 minutes.
