Banana Chocolate Chip Cranberry Oat Muffins

Banana chocolate chip muffins, the OG. But elevated with the addition of oats and dried cranberries, and oh so easy to make- just mix it all in one bowl!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cups Mashed Banana
  • 1 Egg
  • Cup Oil neutral oil such as avocado oil
  • ½ tsp. Vanilla
  • Cup White Sugar
  • Cups White Flour
  • Cups Rolled Oats
  • tsp. Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp. Baking Soda
  • ½ tsp. Salt
  • ½ Cup Dried Cranberries
  • ½ Cup Chocolate Chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°.
  • Mash the bananas in a large mixing bowl. Add the egg, oil, and vanilla, mix well. Add the white sugar and mix until thoroughly combined.
  • Add the dry ingredients, the flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Mix until just combined.
  • Add the dried cranberries and chocolate chips, mix until combined being careful not to overmix.
  • Line a 12 cup muffin tin with muffin liners. Divide the batter between the liners.
  • Bake the muffins at 350° until golden brown and cooked through, 25-30 minutes.
